Im chelsea 3rd season and he has been to loan in first season at newcastle scored 20 goals in Championship. At second season he was backup striker for me (aguero,drogba,dzeko,) and scored about 10-15 goals in 30-35 appearances. So im now thinking should i put him more to play and degrade drogba...

Is there any way in FM to train a player so that his weaker foot can become stronger? Like:If his right foot is "Very Strong" and left foot "Very Weak",how can i make his left foot become strong like "Very Strong" ?
