I redid the first tactic with the seconds instructions no idea on player instructions working well so far will upload if anyone wants.

I suggest HONEYBADGER underdog tactic with Valencia.

What I have been doing is retraining all wingers to wingbacks and strikers to shadow strikers. Never use OI's. Will be doing a make your own club and using underdog tactic.

Main striker in middle left hand side striker has the most assists.

most of the time i loan then out as key player to whoever they go on loan to so they play all the time then after 120 days apply again rinse repeat. Normally gets it on first try.

This happened last year on my Cadiz save. What I did was buy players under 21 that were transfer listed for less then 250k most players came from spain or argentina. Good Luck.
