Football manager 2019 Any way of replicating this in football manager 2019 ?

When i submit my team's the message the team's are warming up please wait appears and then freezes the only way to bypass this is ctrl alt delete but the game continues to freeze. Low graphics no skin's added.....Any suggestions please.
