They are all superstars. They know they are superstars and forget the importance of hard work. They then start to struggle and as a result, morale drops and the problem spirals.
I reckon if he had some real game time between the start and getting sold five seasons later he could easily have 15 Finishing and 15 Composure. He also possesses surprisingly good crossing, heading and passing and could therefore play very well as an advanced forward.
That would be very helpful but a lot of work, there are so many factors though that influence team talks.. There will not be a one way fits all, its impossible!
