But I could if I created enough players in the pre-game editor with that Nationality, and as I progress through the game, use the IN-GAME editor to change players Nationality, no? But CREATING A NATION was just a hypothetical question. I'm actually concentrating on Managing San Marino anyway

Are you trying to do this in the PRE-GAME EDITOR or the IN-GAME EDITOR?

Here's how I formatted mine.. You use the https://www.fmscout.com/a-fmXML-for-windows.html to create the "config. files" you see in the pictures. This is How you get them to appear in the game Start FM22 Game. Clear cache, by going to "preferences" tab, Reload skin... and they should appear...
