Hey guys, im having the same issue, when the fm loading screen comes up this error appears and closes the game down the game when you click "ok"........any advice?
Its just luck really! :) maybe look to sign players with good penalty attributes or train some players.
lets face it, you cant be any worse than England on pens.......ha ha!
