I can't open the actual game now.It says "The game is currently unavailable Please try again later". I've tried re-booting it, but it isn't working. How can I fix it?

All of my save games don't load. When I try and load them it says "The save game could not be loaded". How has this happened and how can I fix it? Thanks.
