What team have you used it with? I also found the tactic very interesting and tried it out with Real Madrid as it was originally made for, but had huge problems scoring and breaking down teams. Would be fun to get some more feedback from someone that have used it with better luck.
I gave it a little try with both Real Madrid and Bayern Munich at the beginning of the game, but could not really get any of the teams playing well. Not sure what I did wrong, but it seems the counter style makes the side sit too deep and struggle to break teams down as all other teams would sit...

I had big problems getting my team going in my second season after finishing 2nd with Hertha Berlin in the first season, ended up in 11th. But I think it might be down to me bringing in to many players over the summer.
Will be interesting to see how I it goes for the third season.

I have just had an amazing season with Hertha Berlin using this tactic. I would have never thought it was possible to do as well as I did with the players I had available. I will post some screenshots so you can see for yourself. I was predicted to finish 16th.

I have tried the 3-5-2 home and away tactics with several teams now, but can't seem to get it to work no matter what.
I find this a bit strange as I normally don't have any problems implementing tactics I download.
