i just stumbled appon a player that has perfectionist at his personality, he is GK and i was wondering if people found more perfectionists, he is of great quality and my coaches say that constantly wants to improove or something like that xD

I`m with Notts co in the year 2016, las seazon i won PRM, but this year i`m so bad at playing, i have top class players but my last year tactic, with wich i won PRM isn`t working and i have only 3 points in 7 matches... does anybody know why i have such a poor form? PS i got morale superb on...
