It seems to me that he has many weaknesses but his stats peak at his position meaning he will be really good but wont look particularly special. Might get him as a back-up for my team.
I am new to touchline shouts (always used classic tactics before) do I just shout them all out at the start of the match or do I wait to use a certain one when I think we need it?

If there is a deadline on which you can return the game, return it. Otherwise wait for the game to be released, get somebody on here to send you there language files that is installed on the game and replace yours with theirs. It has worked often for many others games... I remember with things...
