I have thrown this into my rotation on an 'early stages' Southampton save and it has provided a really nice foil for the 4-4-1-1 that I also use. Waiting for it to get a bit more fluid then will use it as my main tactic. I'll let you know how it goes. Had some great results when I have deployed...

I'll give it a go as well, looks good. Have to say I have always had trouble defensively with 4-2-3-1 formations. Cool skin, what's it called?
