Probably the wrong place to post but i've always had trouble scouting regens from south america with eu nationality, club doesnt have the appropriate feeder to send to croatia or belgium, could someone please tell me scouting instructions to get by this. Thanks.

Hi all, Just wanted to know if you can use the editor to add feeder teams that will help aquire work permits, I cannot be bothered changing all the nations to EU, it took me 3 season on a previous save to aquire this type of feeder and as a result missed out on some pretty decent regens...
