Would you make tier1 and tier2 in Andorra please , but all the clubs in tier1 to be with proffesional status and the clubs in tier2 which arent with proff. status to get 1 when promoted , also the reserve teams in tier2 to stay there and not be able to get promotion and 1cup including the 2...

Hi, would You do Andorran 1st and 2nd league with 1cup with the teams from both divisions? And the reserve teams to not be able to get promotion :) and if it's possible all the teams from the 1st league to be with proffesional status and the teams in 2nd league to be with semi-pro status but...
