Anyone remember "that" tactic when this game was called Championship Manager?
2-4-4 or 2-3-5 or similar?
Was a long time ago, so can't remember it that well. Its was a monster tactic that use to smash the life out of the game with 4, 5, 6-0 wins every game.

I was using a few older tactics from "The Dugout", but they are not doing so well now. So am using these;

Cross ball = often
Cross from = byline
Cross aim = mixed
Wide play = hug touchline
Your wingers need to excel in...crossing, dribbling, agility, pace, flair, off-the-ball.
I am using your "271 - COUNTER V2" tactic with Millwall.
Played 9, won 8, drawn 1! Very pleased with it so far.
I tweaked it a little to accommodate for pacy wingers, hugging the touchline and getting plenty of crosses in, worked a treat so far!
