Are you playing it through Steam? Doesn't come up under my games option, and run editor doesn't come up when i right click it in the games explorer part. Thanks for suggestion

I currently manage Newport in the BSP and the board only allow me to scout players in the UK, Ireland and France. I can't find anywhere that I can make a request to the board to change this. Is it possible or will it be automatically change if i get promoted to the higher leagues.
