Thx I have already tried to give a new contract but it didnt work. Only thing I can do is start them or one of them in smaller matches and after 2-3 games their morale is better but only for a short time.
What can I do with a player who is unhappy bcause of the low tournament bonus? There are 4 of them with very poor morale and its not changing just in case of a blowout win, but after the game it is very poor again.

How I can make this player more productive? Im playing a 442 his role is trequartista and the other striker is a targetman. He is not scoring as often as I want to. My basic tactic is not good enough maybe.. i dont know.
What is his best role? He is trequartista right now but this role seems te be not good enough. Is it possible that my team tactic is bad? He dishes a lot of assists, but scored only 6 times in 29 games.
