Is it true that new staff needs to get to know the players of the team?
And if so can you see somewhere how much knowledge the staff has about the team?
Lets say you have a new staff member and does the scout report change after a few months because he knows the player better?
Does anyone know what the best tactic is for underdog teams in lower leagues? Preferably a 4 at the back formation and no complete forward. Many thanks in advance.
Rock classic just does not work for me. I do not manage top teams, just smaller teams in the Dutch Eredivisie. And no tactic realy works, not even with Feyenoord.
Wheels of Fire 4231 is absolutely insane. A nice 4231 no strange formations. I love it.
On this page you can find the tactic and the OI's: Mr L Tactics - WHEELS OF FIRE 4231
My results half the season:
Hello Mr Langvatn. Could you please test these tactics?
These are the OI for Piems: https://puu.sh/sIqds/e26599cbba.jpg
And these are the OI for Unsung Hero: http://i63.tinypic.com/2ufbxwp.png
Thanks in advance.
