In my Crewe team I have a coach from the Cayman Islands. As a result I get quite a lot of Cayman Island youth players coming through! So it is more down to your scouting knowledge I think.

i think it just means that there is no set deadline to pay the loan back and no interest on it either, not sure though.

No i dont think there is anyway of forfeiting your transfer budget. Scouting does help I believe but youth coaching (the boardroom request) helps more

do not give long term contracts lower down the leagues, I would only give 2 year contracts as you can rise up the leagues quickly

to arrange reserve fixtures, go to the reserve squad, then fixtures, press arrange friendly, select an opposition and a day and accept it. it is a bit time consuming but after the first season you can opt in to a reserve league. I dont know if entering a reserve league increases costs though

i always give my reserve LB number 27, no idea why :S

got sacked from Macclesfield, however they are already in administration only 2 months down the line and I have been offered the oxford job so **** them :D

i have done three seasons and all my youth teams have been as good as this, Ill put up another screenshot once I work out how of my 15 year old who is already 4 stars :/ Crewe have an amazing youth system and training facilities

are you sure that Blyth have a youth academy? Lower teams on this years game can start out without youth academies if they don't have the money to run them

no there isnt, apart from not spending your transfer budgets, but you cannot pay off a lump sum of the debt unfortunately :(
