Having always used forwards with pace, I wanted to try and develop a tactic that could maximise target men, at the lower level pelle is a beast using this and when you progress giroud also smashes it with this

I would usually play a 4231 but have found more success with the 433. It can take a little time to bed in, especially in defence but does prove effective.
