3-4-1-2 is a good tactic. İ had a a lot of success with a Levante. İ just changed the standart practice of my fullbacks crossing the ball because they were losing possession too much

i think the best tactic 4-4-2 . we really had an outstanding season and i played last 5 matches with subsitutes. Additionally i only bought good coaches and it was great season. THANKS VUJEVİC...
