iv started a new game mate, still all greyed out

yeah iv deleted the file for the original game but theres no data folder in the 12.1.0 folder any ideas? :S

i cant find the inc file to enable german national team on the latest update 12.1.1 any ideas? i found the file when game first came out but obvs you need to delete the inc file on every update
