Woah, this tactic really didn't work for me. Started up a new game as Hull, as their my favourite team and I've never been able to do well with them in FM. 12 games in and we're 21st and have lost 5 of our last 6 games, and have only 1 win. I did better with my own tactics

I thought about the skins in two different places blocking each other, but I can't really think of any logical reason for that. I mean, if the game has one folder (i.e skins) that it loads it's skins from, then it shouldn't even notice the other folders. I'll try other skins and see if they...

I've tried literally everything mate. I don't mean to be blunt, but I installed loads of skins for FM10 without problem so I know how to do it. When the usual way didn't work, I looked for every Football Manager folder I could find, created a skins folder and put the skins in to that folder...

Mate I have the exact same problem. I put the files in the folder and they don't show up on the dropdown menu in game. I've installed skins without hastle for other FM games. There doesn't seem to be any tutorials for XP computers but I've put the files in every folder and still nothing
