if you have the right players i found wingers as inside f att and a dlf support work very well in stopping the long shots and i am seeing goals and through balls alot more :)

Would you say they are engine issues then as opposed to tactics/shape. i sometimes struggle to notice the difference between an error on my part and something the engine is doing wrong. Not trying to say you are getting it wrong tactically by the way :)

could be just a case of player roles for your midfielders? perhaps both of your mc's dont' get forward enough to support attacks. it;s nice to have one cm arriving late in the box or at least making forward runs (run from deep slider) to help out attacks but then if your playing away to old firm...

you need to of created tactics using classic mode (sliders) as opposed to the new tactics creator wizard

what tactic are you using? i have three versions of 4231 and one moment beating united 5-0 next scraping 0-0 or 1-1 against poor sides or losing 1-0!! dominating match stats just can't score!!
