I was lucky enough to come across this regen at a 5th division england team, I bought him for 60k 3 months ago. Hes got potential..but how should I most effectively train him. I see that hes a target man, and his pace is lacking a bit. Should I concentrate on making him a beast...

Are natural fitness and stamina related? For example, will a player with 20 natural fitness & 1 stamina eventually have a very high stamina
