my arsenal team have between 15- 20 shots on goal and all but about 2or 3 of them are long shots and few of them on target, how can i control how many long shots they take and trun these in to more clear cut chances, plz any help welcome

i play 4-3-3, song anchor man, cesc box to box, toualan ball winning,, shava and rvp both inside forwards, dzeko complete forward,
