I tested this tactic out in FM touch mode, using instant result all the way, with only one signing (had no money). This isn't a fair test, I just wanted to try something fun and something to go along side by long term save. Pretty decent though :)
I have a dumb question, which I'm sure has been answered a million times before so apologies ahead of time. Can I use this tactic and the instant result skin in FM Touch mode? Fancy have a quick save on the go alongside my long term one. Cheers!

Couldn't agree more! I won the treble with West Ham last season and although I was tempted to switch to the Paragon, how could I justify that? Went 26 game unbeaten in the league and my entire team is set up to play the V9 now with a lot of good youngsters coming through. It's fantastic.
There's plenty of ways to cheat if all you want to do is win. You can literally edit everything in the game to give your players and club the better stats. It's not impossible to dominate with a tactic but things like players, form, morale etc are always going to make a difference.
