Hey Raikan, I need some help badly, i am chelsea ( i always play chelsea) and i just can't seem to win games? i'm conceding a lot of goals, my players misunderstand eachother and let the ball pass through them to the opposition and i am generally having a hard time winning even against easy...

Hey guys, I'm new to football manager and i need help! Can anyone recommend good training programs, Tactics and so forth for chelsea? I just can't seem to win a lot of the games and i don't know why. Thanks for the answers. Regards
