Look for players with high pace at every position. This will improve your team. It is the most important attribute :)

I am sorry that it doesn't work for you. XG is usually high and they produce one of the best GD in the game as far as I know of

Because the 442 that I tried to tweak performs badly. Working on an update with the same formation.. Apologies for the inconvenience but it was better to delete it rather have people spending time in a tactic that underperforms. Colossus works great as it is but I am trying to improve the attack
