as poor as some may say football in is maybe just the fact celtic are probz winning more silverware than newcastle you could always go into search for staff and look for staff who have a favoured club down as newcastle

you probz no this have loads friendlies against prem clubs usually get 100k most games u may lose but ul get money also if you dont have to many fixtures when its international try arranging a cup or something with prem clubs you may win it as there best players will be on int.duty loan players...

probz better to wait to mid season to get better quality players on loan if there unhappy at current club and ther not getting games they mite come to you on a short term loan also mite help if you convince your board to turn into a professional club
