Raikan, for your CB, between (good Strength & Heading but slow) and (Fast & Tackling but poor heading), which is more suited to your tactic? or do you have any suggested tweaks for each type of defenders??

I think it's the AI "getting used" to know how to counter your tactic after prolonged usage. I suppose the AI scouts will find it easier to report your tactical preference to their club if you keep on using a SINGLE tactic in EVERY match, which I think is completely realistic and reasonable IMO...
I found great success by using the "Attack! Attack! 4-1-1-2-2 By OoScotsmanoO" tactic with Real Madrid
but I think team-talks needs to be done manually to achieve the best out of it.
For lower leagues, It tactic works just as good simply by changing the Philosophy from Very Fluid to Balanced or...
