What will i do when my Backroom Staff tell me that my team struggles against teams who play with the following..... 'Slow Tempo' and 'Narrow Width'???

When i get a pre match report and i am told my team has flair advantage, dribbling, touch, speed and technique advantage. What tactics should i use??

my players are complaining about lack of discipline at the club. How do i go about improving this?

How am i best going about using my player with a long throw? I have set him to take the throws and set the throws to long, then asked him to 'develop long flat bullet throw'.

How do i recall my players from loan? It is alreday a clause in their contract that they can be recalled.
