it depends on what his versatility is so its hard to know long it will take...remove any other individual training to make it quickest, he's young which helps within a season he should be accomplished but if he has low versatility you might be waiting a while.
I don't think Dortmund's style of football is counter in fm terms, I would say it is attacking with much higher tempo which leads to quick counter attacks also.
Away from my computer for a while, will upload it either tomorrow or tonight. No garuntees it will be a wonder tactic though, don't think they exist on this game. It worked well for 3 seasons with southmapton anyway, finished 4th first season, 5th second and won the 3rd season. Make sure you use...
Nastasic on my Southampton file has 10 goals in 27 games so I think it works. Defensively I concede a few though, its more down to the players you have, if your team is full of big players throughout you will concede less obviously.
Finally made a good tactic (I think)
Been messing around making tactics for a while and this one for my southampton team seems to be doing wonders.
I use two formations:
The 4-3-2-1 was originally meant to be my defensive tactic but is the one I use more often now, playing Rodrigo Gomez...
Yeah, I have this issue also I play attacking, high pressure, offside trap so expect it to happen sometimes but it gets silly. Make sure your defenders are familiar with each other as on this game its more important. Does anyone else concede goals where their defender does a slide tackle and it...
On past games I liked using wingers but in real football inside forwards are the new thing and they are definitely effective on this game especially with high tempo technical sides. I guess if you were being Stoke and used Crouch as your striker, wingers would make sense though.
I signed Benteke who got like 22, soldado sucked for me. The AM's got a lot of goals as well lamela got 24. I'm trying to make a 3-4-1-2 to make use of 2 strikers, not a fan of 4-4-2.
get rid of get stuck in, you do make a lot of fouls with this. Playing the cm's deep would still work probably, especially defensively. The tactic is still very much work in progress as I've only tried it with one team so.
That doesn't sound good, make sure you train tactics so the team has everything fluid? It has worked for me anyway minus my team having 50 shots and not scoring sometimes :/
