I am a Celtic fan but Hearts are a team which I really like for some reason. I've tried to achieve something with them on FM a few times but I have failed miserably. How do other people get success with them?

I am managing QPR now, having taken over about half way through the season when they were bottom , but I am not sure what tactics to play with them. At the moment I am playing a counter-attacking 4-2-3-1 but this isnt working too well. Any suggestions?
