Hello! That is quite a normal thing! For example when i choose Ajax i am also predicted and expected to be the champion of the Eredivisie. When you choose a high caliber club which is predicted to end high in the league some boards just expect you to be champion. That is quite realistic...

Each match a player can do a % of his attribute, for example a young striker ( with low consistency) with a base stat of 16, will have one match 90% of 16 as his finishing attribute and the other match 95%. A player with higher consistency will have a higher minimal % of his stats, for example...
