i couldnt agree more, i use 4-3-1-2 and play him right side cm (full creative freedom) i got sandro in cm (defensive) and modric left side cm (attacking) 1st season van der vaart scored 16 in 39 games avg 7.53 (not even team player of the yr)

i always try and have as many physios as the board will allow and try and go for physios that are 18+ on phsiotherapy. to save wages, reduce your number of scouts i usually have 2 or 3, 1 for next opponent and 1 for general scouting, also i sometimes use my assistant manager 2 scout.

maybe try kadlec or araujo, cnt gurantee they will sign 4 a championship side, but they are young, foreign and quick. there not the best of scorers for a top prem team but im sure if u can sign them 4 leicester then they should hit 20 -25 a season
