Tried to start a new save today as Le Mans FC. And when I go to the pick country screen I have marked France, but when I get to the pick a team screen none of the French leagues or teams is playable. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Just bought FM13, my last save in FM12 was FC Edmonton in the NASL. Looking for somewhat of a challenge. Like to either build a team from scratch or rebuild a famed team that has fallen on hard times.
