With the Americans money, Sunderland have the potential to go top 10 at the very least, if not Europa league. Think, 10-15 years ago, roles were reversed. Newcastle were one of the big teams and Sunderland were fighting relagation.

I am very anti united. Very. Sorry if this is horribly biased. I feel united's squad is the worst it has been for 5 years. To be fair, they do have some good youngsters coming through, hernandez, gibson, fabio etc... but they do have spme poor players who don't warrant a place, Macheda, Park...

This does seem very harsh, with their budget and current squad of players i am in no doubt he is doing a very good job. The players seem to back him and he good at dealing with the usual Barton or Carroll situation.
