aint got a graphics folder any where in my fm 11 so no idea where to put my logo pack to anyone help ???

me and my mate are trying to join each others game and the i.p and all comes up and works but when i click his i.p to join his game its just does nothing just kept clicking and nothing works but when he not in game and i click his i.p it comes up with server no longer avalible any help ???
