Testing this with West Ham, have a HUGE problem, conceeding min. 1 penalty every game I play!

My tactic gets me lots of goals both for my team and my opponent. Any idea where to change my tactic? I want to keep scoring lots of goals, but my defence needs to be better. Don`t bother the form of the players, just played a match.
