I've put my tactic and i hope you can tell me that I am doing wrong because my team plays well the first half and than my GK must do all the work :). PLS I really need some advice.

When I finish my first season every time I whant a feeder club my board choose automatically the feeder Club. Does anyone know how to solve this problem or maeby is there some settings that I must do?
