I tend to vary my saves, I occasionally have Journeyman saves where I will only fulfill my contract and move on. I usually have long term saves with Dortmund and Napoli and mainly have a long term save when I do a root and branch with Southampton.

I'd suggest Bayer Leverkusen, I think that formation would work well. How about Feyenoord, they have some decent youngsters, Stefan Vrij, Bruno Martins Indi and Jordy Classie to name a few
