Neymar is incredible, kevin and bebe are more fringe players so they don't get too much playing time. It's just on 2010, I never had a player take more than a season to get to basic, so thought it could be a bug.
I've had Keven, Neymar & Bebe for over a season and a half now and neither of them speak English yet (not even basic). Has anyone else had this problem?
