I've been trying to sign youngsters to backup players, and then offer them as loan to other clubs, but nobody wants to loan my players... Is there anything I can do to improve their popularity among other clubs? By the way, I'm managing Torquay in CCL 2...

I have searched for ages for the answer to this question. When I am going to put a youngster on loan, I go to the player's profile, press "Offer to clubs" and when I'm going to change from "transfer" to "loan", it's impossible to select loan! The only thing possible to select is "transfer"...
