There is nothing to unzip, it's an .fmf file. Download, put in Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\tactics and load the tactic in game.

Haven't been on here for ages but decided to try this tactic, specifically the one in the OP about halfway through my second season. It's gone crazy despite some injury woes.......

All of the Premier League squads are nearly complete, I'm then looking at getting the selected foreigners in. With a bit of luck, it will be released before summer! :D

Thanks for those tweaks Macca, I'd been on the hunt for a new tactic and have tried three or four out this evening. I replayed this game three times with the others before trying this tactic with your tweak and had drawn 0-0, 1-1 and won 1-0. On using the tactic with your tweak, this happened...
