Agree. De Rossi definitely BPD. I would only change Motta and Marchisio role to BWM as they played with defensive duty more than offensive. 3-1-4-2 CA, high closing down, deep D line, normal passing, high tempo.

How to choose the coach for teaching PPMs? Attacking coaches for attacking PPMs, etc. or is there a coaching skill to look to? Is it better to not instruct players to learn moves when they are less than pleased with their training schedules? Thanks!

You can still set many players to "GO FORWARD" and it seems to be the same as having them set to "LURK OUTSIDE AREA".

I can't remember where to look for the pre-match Assistant's Feedback, the one where he says if a player is overconfident for the upcoming macth, etc. Can you help?

Thx mate! Tried it but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work well. After giving him maxed mentality and run from deep often he plays just in a little bit more advanced position than the other two CBs, but it's still far from what I had in mind. Not sure it's possible in FM12 to have him playing...
