I think ive withdrawn Rooney and Phil Jones so many times from international friendlies when being man u manager now im england manager i cant pick them even for competetive matches (world cup qualifies at the moment) i click on their names and look at international status and it says withdrawn...
When ever i try to play it comes up with

Ive restarted the computer but still doesnt work. Before when i started to play a new game it would only let me use 11.3 database even when i clicked 11.2 has worked fine untill like 20mins...
