Sign players who you want to sign. You might as well let somebody play the game for you if you are asking everybody else who to sign who to sell etc. Buying players is one of the best parts of the game IMO, so do it yourself :)
not sure about 2nd season availability but Alex from Internacional is a good shout at 5-7.5 mil, absolutely tearing it up for me first season, unfortunately Juventus has just poached him in Jan (Chairman accepts a pitiful 9.5 mil for him grr).
My favorite players on the game at the moment are christian benitez, leo (gremio) and alex (internacional), all of which actually signed for me at QPR! Benitez is top goalscorer in the league :)
