Are there any average teams that get decent money? On fm 10 sunderland got a fair bit in January but on this they get 0. I know birmingham start with 15m but are there any other teams that get some decent money?

Ok when i first started playing fm, when i looked on a players profile it would show a players attributes in numbers from 1-20 etc. Now for some reason it isnt in numbers its in little bars? Any ideas on how i can get it back?
