Any advice to make him become world class?

How good is he going to be when he develops? His stats are not that impressive as of now, and i have sent him out on loan for one whole season.

Hulk from Porto, bought him for $32.5 and he has been amazing! Scored 20 in 21 with 12 assists.

Yaya Sanogo, bought him for 17 million and he has been absolutely wasteful. Has only scored twice in 25 appearances, with 6.58 Average rating. How can i make him perform? Any ideas?
