hey i would like to know when you guys think its best to put a wonderkid or a good youth player into the first team training as some young players tend to complain when you put them on the first team training, any help?

Im currently using this tactic with sporting cp (portugal) and must say not quite bad still unbeaten. Nice one Raikan007 :)
